Trained & Experienced

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

About Me

I'm Justin Colley, your Home Inspector.

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit my website.

I got into the business of home inspections because I really enjoy helping people.
Prior to becoming a home inspector I spent 30 years in the construction industry remodeling and design building custom homes and commercial buildings in Southeast Alaska. For me, completing custom projects and handing the keys over to satisfied customers generates a level of fulfillment that money just cant buy.
Now that I live in Georgia, working as a full time licensed home inspector, I get to continue helping people in a similar way. I'm helping people understand the condition, the features and the functions of a home while also providing them with the resources needed to make confident and comfortable decisions on what most will consider a lifetime investment. The pride that comes from my customers happiness and gratitude is truly irreplaceable, and that is why I do what I do.
